Living in a Spanish-speaking country would be the fastest way, for 10 weeks…you’ll pick it up quickly, but of course, it’s quite inconvinent to have to move to learn a language…
Try an immersion course at your school or at a college, read as many books as you can about beginners to the language, watch Spanish movies and listen to their music, practise speaking, try to read some beginner’s books and magazines…:)
There are loads of stuff on the internet and libraries!

Visit a spanish speaking country, if you spend 10 weeks there you will pick up a lot.

Not only living in the country, but taking language courses in a setting with very few students where you’ll have th opportunity to participate a lot. Depending on the country where you want to go, there are many great language schools in Cuernavaca, Mexico.

Go to an area that has a lot of Spanish speakers. Or get into a Mexico prision. You will learn Spanish so fast it’ll blow your mind. Just kidding :-)!

Well,
certainly you will need a book, tapes for the car, etc.
Also, a free website that has excellent recorded dialogues is
it is healthcare oriented but ignore that and start playing the recordings on the various pages. it’s a lot of fun and well made for a free website

I would learn it with a Spanish course for sure.
Doing it this way allows you to focus on what matters and learn the “proper” way, which means you learn from the ground up: basics first and the more complex stuff later.
Take a look at:
It tells you the fastest way to learn and recommends you use a course called Rocket Spanish.
You’ll get all sorts of answers on here ranging from “you can’t learn it that fast” to “move to Costa Rica for 10 weeks”. At the end of the day, it’s down to your own focus and determination.
I hope this has helped you
