I know that learning spanish in Guatemala (Antigua Guatemala to be exact) is more cheaper than in Colombia. And one of the advantages is that Antigua is a small colonial city 45 minutes away from Guatemala city, and its full of people from all nationalities (specially europeans) that are learning spanish and you can practice the language very easily. Another advantage is that in Antigua, being a touristic place, you can easily get a job in any of its multiple restaurants and bars.
