I have always wanted to learn the spanish language, but tried books and I have a hard time remembering the words and not sure how to pronounce some. Also, I want to speak fluently, not broken, proper wording. How can I learn the fastest?

Why most english people who come to live in Spain refuse to learn Spanish ?
